Completed in 2000, the 9000 square feet Richmond Heights Professional Building is one of New Richmond's newest properties. The property is conveniently located on New Richmond's growing south side just one block east of Highway 65.

Two of the of 5 units are remaining for lease. One is 1620 square feet and the other is 1860 square feet. The units may be rented individually, or combined into one large unit. Location, location, location
The Richmond Heights Professional Building is located one block off the highway 65, the main commuter artery to Interstate 94. An estimated 12,000 vehicles a day travel by this Richmond Heights Development, just south of the village of New Richmond, population 8,000. A County Market grocery store is scheduled for construction in the adjacent building site and 400 new family residential units (homes and duplexes) will be built, starting 2001, immediately to the East of our site. The building's other neighbors include a Super 8 Motel, Quick Trip convenience store, another convenience mall and a nearby Pamida store and pharmacy.
Interstate 94 is located 15 miles to the south. The booming Twin Cities Metro area is a short 40 minute drive from New Richmond. Other nearby cities include Eau Claire, WI, 50 miles to the east and Hudson, WI, 25 minutes to the south west.
Local airports include the New Richmond Municipal Airport, Saint Paul Airport, and the Minneapolis/Saint Paul International Airport.

The building has the latest Heating and Cooling system. The facade is a subtle pallete of Stucco and brick. The roof emphasises the building and is a dark green metal. For added charm, the roof is capped with a rustic cupola adorned with a localy handmade copper weather vane.
Each of the 5 units receives front and back door access, along with ample parking for customers in front and employees in back. Each space is lined with two large picture windows along the front. Spaces are versatile and suitable for both retail and office space.
Current Tenants
One office is currently occupied by the New Richmond Veterinary Clinic. The clinic caters exclusively to small animals and attracts a diverse clientelle of both city and rural pet owners coming from as far away as Hudson, WI and the Twin Cities.
The two north units are occupied by a local church, operating predominately on the weekend.
